Hey, i have a BB Q10 and its new running 10.2.1.2122 its great so far. but i hit a snag when i was trying to hook up Link to backup and transfer from old BB to the new one. and it wont mount to the new Q10. i must be missing something. i have restarted both computer and phone to see if it gets initiated. and wont mount. i checked the settings on link and phone and as far as im concerned this Verizon Q10 should do the same as my old At&t Q10. sort of baffled. anyone have a suggestion?
