i recently restarted my S4 and a screen came up that says Android system recovery <3e>, with a few different options, can anybody help me out to get my phone back on??
Rebooting the phone will work.
Be careful to not touch the volume buttons when powering on the phone. That's how you got into the recovery menu in the first place. It was happened to me once or twice with the S4 as well.
