I cannot believe I did that.. instead to stick with the same old password, i created a new one and did not write it down! what do i do?
marieh, Oh no! I want to make sure that you have full access into the account. With the device being locked out has it asked for you to enter in your Gmail E-mail information in? If not, the only way we can get past this lock screen is to do a factory reset on the device.
