3. Complete the step associated with the BlackBerry Device Software version you are running:
· If you are running BlackBerry Device Software 4.1 to 5.0, click Advanced Options > Host Routing Table.

Michelle, I received a stack of emails around 12noon Eastern on 12/17, but have had no delivered emails to my BBerry Curve since then.. I've received more than 10 emails that have not been delivered to the Bberry. I am able to send so far. It seems RIM's not fixed this completely? I've tried calling customer service but there literally was no answer when sent to the Bberry Tech Support. PLEASE HELP!!!! Thanks.
It is 12:39 est and I have not received any emails on my Curve for almost 2 days now. I'm not so sure the issue is resolved.
I am still unable to receive email on my Blackberry Storm - what's up with that. Apparently, this issue is still not resolved. Also, I didn't know there was a Blackberry outage - how come there was no notification to users?
My emails came through once yesterday morning and has not worked since. about two days now. Hope someone can get it fixed soon.
I was also advised it could take a little while for the system to clear out, the issue may be resolved but it still has to clear out the system. This is a nationwide issue, so be patient, it will all start to work soon.
Hopefully it is just a backlog, but it's going on 24 hours since RIM publicized they fixed the problem. It seems Verizon has been put at the back of the queue by them as my ATT colleagues have had little difficulty since about 9pm eastern, last night. Let's hope they catch up soon. Thanks!
I received a group of emails last night after not receiving any during the day. I haven't received any today since 8 a.m. eastern standard time even though I get them on my desktop. It appears to still be out. WHY?
Hey michelle,
Thanks for trying to communicate with us the latest updates - unfortunately, I am still without service. My story is the same as the others...batch of emails arrived yesterday, but as of today nothing (12-18)
I can send emails from my blackberry accounts, and receive emails to my vzw.blackberry.net account, but nothing is arriving to my bberry from my corporate email.
Please update us again on what we can expect as far as service over the weekend.
Thank you
Still cannot receive any e-mail messages to my Blackberry 9630; please advice when we can expect service again?
it most certainly is not fixed.
I have not received an email on my blackberry since 3:03am Thursday Dec. 17th.
I haven't even received a fun little tease batch of emails.
NOTHING
I tried to call customer service, but no one ever picks up on the line after weeding through the menu.
BAH HUMBUG
Go into your email setting folder under setup. Hit menu and then select service books and then click on send service books. This should take care of it.
I am relatively savvy with this kind of stuff and I don't have that option- at least I don't think I have that option.
Any other suggestions. I have the Blackberry World Edition?
Thanks

Sorry the instructions are for the Storm. I'm guessing here but you should have something similiar in your menu and setup area. Hopefully someone will chime in here that knows for sure and get you going.
You might try a battery pull to reset your phone if you haven't already.
Thanks this worked for me.
I have a Pearl and can't find anything about service books in my menus.. and still can not get e-mail.. and have tried pulling the battery as well.
A battery pull (or quickpull!) can resolve A LOT of blackberry issues. If you still aren't receiving emails after a battery pull do this...
Options->Advance Options->Host Routing table->Press the blackberry button to open the menu and select Register Now. This will send a ping to the network and RIM allowing you to use the services. Give it about 5 minutes, you should receive a message that says "Your device is now registered" and emails should start coming in.
NOT FIXED! Day #4 of "There is Insufficient Network Coverage to process your request" At $30 bucks a month, I am wondering when the refund will be credited to my account for all of the days I am without coverage...I thought it was illegal to charge for a service you are not providing. So far, I am expecting a $4 credit and if it continues additional days, I will need additional credits as well.
Please be sure to let us all know how this works out for you!!!katieyhip wrote:NOT FIXED! Ok, same thing here, tried battery pull, reregister, and service books....no go. Went into my email setup and reentered my passwords for all email accounts. FIXED! I just received a slew of emails from the last 4 days!
Hope this helps someone else out as it worked for me!
Still not working.... It's been 4 days now w/ no email. Not super happy that I'm paying for the service but not getting any email!
Glad to hear resetting your passwords help, since I can't access the mobile web that isn't an option for me. On with Verizon now to fix...
Finally fixed!!! Silly me thought that you were supposed to leave the battery in the phone...I didn't realize you were supposed to yank it out every 1-1.5 hours, reinsert it, than restart your phone in order to utilize the mobile web! What was I thinking??? Leave a battery in a phone, that is CRAZY.
So incredibly glad that I have a high quality piece of machinery that functions well!!!
I just wanted to let everyone know that my blackberry was fixed once I called Technical Support and they resent my service books. For some reason - the instant I hung up with Tech Support and they did that one step, all of my email has been working just fine ever since.
Best to everyone who has been having problems.
