Since my droid razr m updated to kit kat this morning, my phone app says it isn't installed. This means I can NOT make a phone call... how can I fix it?? The people app works and brings up phone numbers, and I can initiate call from there... but trying to use the PHONE icon right next to PEOPLE it just says it isn't installed.
HELP!!
