In the process of starting, the phone freezes. None of the buttons work and I'm unable to turn it off. I've left if alone and it doesn't unfreeze itself. I removed the battery a number of times and left it out for over 10 minutes (read this somewhere). Nothing seems to work. Strangely enough, my son's Motorola Razr started doing the same thing recently too. Any help would be appreciated.
