droid maxx camera won't start

Good Morning,

I have the Droid Razr Maxx and for the past few weeks I have been having trouble with the camera - either I get a black screen or the camera will load and freeze. I have done a reboot and have put the phone in safe mode but it still happens. Any suggestions?

Being a lover a picture taking, I can empathize with you. You have done exactly what we would have you to in order to get the camera to work again. The last thing that would need to be done is the factory/hard reset.
