Ok, since last week, I see I am not the only one who is having issues with text messaging. I have two classmates and they are Verizon customers and they are having the same problems. Verizon this is a pain. When you try to resend, it continues to do the same thing. I see most of the discussions are about this issue after the upgrade. Verizon, what is the plan to fix this? How are you as a corporation, the largest cell phone in the nation, not to mention, this is a very good company, how will you accommodate your customers. We are still paying for a service that we are receiving. Verizon, you have not contacted your customers on a national level to apologize (too late for one now!), you have come up with any solutions, we are just left out here without having the ability to use our device as a whole........I know this company does not want to be in the same category as Sprint who gives poor customer service. I have tried to send a message as I am typing this 6 times. it is very frustration. The rep I talked to last week (Mark removed) who is aware of this issue and I am on the phone with him. I am very upset, he is very helpful, however we as Verizon customers we need a SOLUTION!
