My phone recently started displaying this message: "The connected charger is incompatible with this phone. To prevent damage to your phone, charging has been stopped. To continue charging use the original charger and cable that were provided with this phone." Tried a different OEM charger, tried a factory reset. Just got this phone less than 3 months ago and have already had to process a warranty exchange for a new charger. This is very frustrating and I am getting fed up with having these issues with a BRAND NEW PHONE!! I'm ready to throw in the towel. WTH @VZWSupport?
