how do i turn off automatic backup assistant

my lg cosmo automatically runs backup assistant every night is there any way to turn it off

Great question! We want to make sure that backing up your device is set on your schedule. You can go into the application and under settings chose the sync timing.

I also have the LG Cosmos 3 and would like to turn off Backup Assistant as it is always running whenever I open my phone. I would like to either set it to run once late at night or not at all. I went into the app but don't see any way to change the schedule. Can you help? Thanks!
