how to transfer contacts after device is activated

Missed the bit about 'don't activate your device just yet...' and I did just that. Needing help to recover contacts etc. from a deactivated Samsung Convoy and transferring to a Casio G'zone Ravine; the now active phone (minus the contacts). Initially the Ravine was listed as an option in the "old/new" device lists, it's no longer an option for some unknown reason. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If you had Backup Assistant installed on your previous phone and your contact have been backed up already, simply install Backup Assistant on your new phone and contacts will be transfered automatically. If you did not have Backup Assistant installed on your previous phone, you can activate it by calling *228>option 1, then install Backup Assistant to sync/save your contacts. Then reactivate the new phone and install/run Backup Assistant. http://vz.to/ISRJSK
