After my Samsung Galaxy S4 was updated from MK2 to NC5 I started having all sorts of problems. The battery drained from 100% to 60% within 30 minutes of unplugging it from the charger and then the phone just shut itself down without warning. When I tried to restart it, the phone gets stuck in a preboot loop. I couldn't even do the power + volume up + home button reset. I have to take the battery out, put it back, plug in the phone and only then, can I turn it on. I have done a hard reset froim the settings menu TWICE already, and things only get worse. If Verizon does not fix the issues with this update in the next 48 hours, I'm taking my business elsewhere and letting everyone know why. I don't care about the contract. Verizon has already violated it by not providing reliable service.
And when I say fix the problem I don't mean sending me stupid suggestions from tech support like; "Reset to factory settings", "Clear the cache" or "check battery usage". I mean FIX THE PROBLEM!!!!
