Phone won't turn on.

My Droid Razr Maxx HD has been freezing and turning off randomly for a couple of weeks now. Tonight, after shutting down for no reason again, it will not turn back on. It is stuck at the Droid "eye" screen. It looks like it is turning on, but it does not go any further. I have tried turning it off and back on several times. It never goes beyond this point in the restarting!! Any ideas?

Hi erino32 - I apologize for the delay as I understand this is time sensitive manner! Have you installed any new updates or applications? Please try a soft reset by holding volume down and power for 10 seconds.

Mine has been shutting down over and over as well and I did a Factory restore and it started doing it again the next day. Seems to do it more when I flip data off or on. But now it has been stuck on the eye for 2 hours. I'm not sure what to do can someone please help me? I'm stuck on this phone till November.
