phone restarts every time I try to make a call

I received my Certified Pre-owned Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini on Tuesday and everything works except making a phone call. Every time I try to make or receive a call the phone restarts shortly after dialing. Is there a fix for this or should I just return/exchange the phone?

That is not good at all! Lets take a look at that for you. I know you said you just received the phone on Tuesday. Is there any damage to the phone? Has it been dropped or exposed to water?  Do you have an alternate battery that you would be able to try? Please advise.
