How do i transfer stuff to my Sim Card?

My Blackberry Storm keeps saying my device memory is full making me unable to install apps. How can i tranfer stuff to my Sim Card to free up some space? And WHAT can i transfer there?

Your going to want to transfer to a memory card, And you can transfer picutres, music and such to a media card. Sim cards aren't going to hold your info for you.

So what exactly is the point of the Sim Card? its like 8Gig
