Software Update completely shut my phone off??

I allowed my phone to do a software update but now it seems like the phone won't turn on anymore?? It's just doing random vibrations and I'm worried that I will have to factory reset my phone. I CANNOT FACTORY RESET MY PHONE RIGHT NOW. What the heck is going on??

I am having the same problem. After this last update my phone randomly shuts down. I can only do a battery pull to get it going again. There a fix for this?

Hello kcwstorm,

I don't want you to have your phone shutting off randomly. Do you use a SD card with your phone? If so, try removing the SD card and using your phone. Let us know if your phone continues to power off randomly.

Yes. Every time I put the battery in (I've tried this with the SIM card too) the phone keeps vibrating every 5 seconds.
