I'm just trying to send regular texts to my kids. No pictures and not via third party apps. Have to admit I'm getting beyond frustrated. This happens whether I'm at home and connected to my wifi or other places and not connected to wifi. I've tried every step of Verizon's troubleshooting suggestions and nothing is working. Any suggestions? Should I just take the phone back to Verizon? thanks!!
