I got the Samsung Galaxy S5 the day it became available. For pretty much the ENTIRE time I've owned the phone, I'm getting 3G not 4G LTE. Verizon put a new card in (forget what it's called, not a SIM or memory card, though). It worked fine for about a week then it went back to 3G (and ONLY 3G). Today I went into a Verizon Store and this time, they completely reset the phone (I lost everything), They said that it would solve the problem and it did--for approximately an HOUR. This is my first Android phone and based on my experience thus far, I HATE IT. I just want my IPhone back (it was a 4S). I never had problems with it--EVER.
Do I have any options here?? I can understand the phone function at 3G when I'm in the subway, or something. But I never, EVER get 4G. Why should I stay with Verizon when I can go elsewhere and get a 4G smart phone with a much cheaper bill? I am stuck with this crappy phone for the next TWO YEARS.
