I have an Android HTC DNA - I accepted the software update in May 2014 and ever since then I have had one problem after the other. My Back Up Assistant Plus has not updated since May 20th for whatever reason. Went into a Verizon store today, spent approximately 1 hour and they were not able to help me. Said something was wrong with the phone and to contact HTC. Really? I have been a customer of Verizon since the late 80's early 90's thru every coming change they have been since then. I need some help now! telling me to contact HTC because you cannot do anything is unacceptable. I'm thinking that you people should be able to do something!
