So the hubby and I both had S3's his started with rebooting constantly. You would set it on the table and just the vibration of walking by would cause it to do it. Now my phone is doing it. The power button is no longer working on my phone. So I have to use my home button to wake it up. We called verizon about my hubbys phone and the only real option was the edge program. Our upgrade is in sept and Verizon got rid of the "early upgrades" so since he uses his for work we HAD to edge up, basically buy a new phone for him At retail price.
anyone know now how to fix the power button w/o having to send it in?
We have both been with Verizon since before we were married wanna say since 1997 at least. One would think they would be more willing to work with their customers and still offer the early upgrade when we called about my husbands phone because we said we would have purchased 2 at that time and my phone had no issues. Neither had/has liquid or physical damage to them. So frustrating. Now trying to limp mine along until sept when we will either upgrade or find a new carrier.
