After 30 minutes on hold I am starting to give up. perhaps because my billing cycle is ending soon and I only used 2/3 of my minutes???
Ok here's my real question. I have been getting random messages from Twitter. I have a Twitter account that I do next to nothing on, and I never gave them my phone number. I want to block any and all messages from Twitter. Any quick way to do this?
The agent said she couldn't do it, which I do not believe because if the messages are coming through Verizon's systems then Verizon has to know who they are coming from, and can block them. So I am still waiting to be transferred to technical support after 40 minutes.
Lastly, I found the block internet spam section of my account online, and added www.twitter.com to the block list. Will this be enough?
