How do I download my photos to my computer?

Hi there

I'm having problems

Im using Windows 8

When I plug into USB port I can get to the SCH 1545 directory

then phone but when I click on pictures it shows "empty"

Hello tclark4531! We're here to help you get access to your photos. When you connect to your computer, and you access the phone's directory, look for a folder called DCIM. From there you will encounter a few more folders, and this is where your photos are located. Let us know if you have any additional questions.
