Unstable connection and poor cellular service!

Has anyone else been getting unstable connection to WiFi and poor cellular service with their Note 3? For the past week or two I have been getting poor cellular service anywhere I am and unstable connection to WiFi. This is extremely frustrating basically having a smart phone for texting only.
