Kit Kat Upgrade Failed

I tried installing Kit Kat from the Software Update and it downloads with no problem. However, as it's installing, the little Android guy falls over and I see the word, "error". Then the phone reboots and I get a window that says:

Software update unsuccessful

Sorry, there was a problem updating your SAMSUNG SCH-I605. No changes were made.

Any ideas and/or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The error is happening while I'm connected to my WiFi network at home. My zip code is 85396.

Got it upndown4par, lets get you up and running! Are you experiencing any trouble with your Wi Fi connection with other activities on the device? Have you tried completing the update on the network?

Hi Ashley,

I turned off my WiFi and tried to complete the update on the network. Same result. After less than 2 minutes into the installation, it died.
