Why does Galaxy 3 shut off by itself?

Is anyone having this issue? This started 2 weeks ago. The battery is completely charged. Randomly the phone will lose connection and shut itself off. Sometimes I can turn it back on if I move to a different location and the battery will still be fully charged. Other times the battery will be almost completely drained and I have to plug in the charger. Ive tried to delete downloaded apps one at a time to see if this was the problem and no change. Ive cleared cache on several apps. Ive removed the battery and card and replaced. The battery is fine. Its more of a connection issue. This happens up to 10 times a day if I'm in and out of buildings or walking around.

The next step would be to run a hard reset which will erase everything on the phone and get it back to factory settings. You will want to make sure to backup contacts and pics before doing so. We want your device to behave right LoC3! Did anything change on the device since this started, such as new apps, settings or updates? Does this happen in all locations? I recommend testing in safe mode for a full day as the first step to rule out app conflict all together. http://vz.to/1fqMJWK

I have tried safe mode and nothing seems to work. I am on power saving mode as well and have always had it on. My phone will start to flicker and die at random times.My phone has also started to delete random pictures off my phone and it may or may not be messing with my apps.
