Everytime I receive a multimedia message, the picture shows up black. What is going on?
Actually just fixed the problem myself. Did a hard reset on the phone and
the pictures are now there! Thanks!

The phone is a Samsung Brightside Model #SCH-U380
In the past, I have viewed pictures and downloaded them to the phone.
