using wifi on my lg g2 and the 3g/4g is turned off yet my data is going up? and at a very fast rate

im using my wifi at my home so I can conserve on my data with my lg g2 and my 3g/4g is cut off yet my data is going up even on just wifi, and its going at a very fast rate probably a mb a minute, but yet my stepmoms droid is on the wifi and her data doesn't go up. whats going on Verizon?

Hi chrisp20!  Let's see what's going on with you data usage on your LG G2.



First, let's see which apps are accessing the cellular mobile data network.  Take a moment to optimize your data usage by following these steps: http://vz.to/1pS12s0.  You also mentioned your stepmom's device is not having this problem.  What model device does she have?  And is her device also connected to the same WiFi hotspot?  Lastly, do you have your device set to automatically connect to your WiFi hotspot when you're at home?  Please let me know.  Thanks!
