PHONE IS CONTINUING TO MESS UP

My Nokia Lumia 822 is still not working right I now have turned in Two

phones and about to do it again and it seems like my phone has a mind

of her own because when I'm in the middle of a phone call the phone

turns completely off,and still having problems with the charge port

This is not typical with the 822 when you get a non-refurbished phone you typically have zero problems with it.

Please file a complaint with the FCC (File Complaint | FCC.gov) and the BBB (Better Business Bureau: Start With Trust®).  VZW keeps sending customer phones they know are defective and don't care; it needs to stop.
