My device got stuck while update. What should I do?

The phone says "Downloading...Do not turn off target!!". If I do turn it off, is it going to brick my phone?

I finally got it to work. I had to pull the battery, clear the cache. Hook it to the computer with the OEM Samsung charge cable for it to work.
