I've been so excited for this update, I've read its been out for almost 6 months now. Why isn't Verizon issuing an update (Not 4.4.2, I've heard the battery drains due to a glitch)? Can we ask Verizon for credit on our bill or something?
Please tell us why you think VZW is going to give you a credit on your bill? Maybe VZW will come by and give you a canned answer on the web site to go to for the announcement for the release of KitKat 4.4.3.
