When I take a video with my Samsung galaxy s4 and I transfer that video to my laptop running Windows Vista, the video image skips when I play the video on my laptop. The sound plays normal. Just the video image skips. Any ideas what is causing this?

Videos play fine on phone. I've used both quick time & Windows media player and both skip when videos played on laptop. I'm no tech person but I'm at a loss.
Thanks for the additional details wanttofish, I know it's important to resolve this. We're unable to support the laptop as there's many factors that can affect it. You can try making sure there's enough memory on the computer and the program is on the newest version.
