I just bought a note 3 last weekend. my son was playing a game on it and now it is frozen. It WILL NOT restart if I keep the power button down and I have no means of calling Verizon to see what is wrong because ..duh..my phone is frozen. Any ideas on how to restart it?

Hold the power and volume down buttons simultaneously for 15-30 seconds and see if that reboots the phone.
