My note II is frozen - showing an error message regarding Kies software. I cannot get my PC to recognize my phone (even bought a new USB) so that I can get the mandatory "recovery code". My tech savvy son spent hours trying as well. This has been a two day project. My photos are all locked inside the phone, meticulously placed in albums. I'm afraid I might lose them. Can someone guide me here? I am so frustrated!
