natz Saving text can be important. What we support is the option to download are the text details only (the phone numbers that sent and received text messages). this can be done via My Verizon. As for actual text message content, if you have a smartphone, you can use a new app called Verizon Messages to sync your text to the computer using My Verizon. What phone are you using?
