UNABLE TO SAVE PHOTO EDITS

im really new to the droid phone. on my contact list i updated some of them with pictures. I was able to resize, edit etc.

For some reason (i dont know if it was me ) i try to change a contact picture, i select from my photo or gallery, it doesnt

give me the option to edit it and when i click done, it gives me " UNABLE TO SAVE PHOTO EDITS" somebody help me..

I know it's fun to customize your contact photos JOBOWL! I'm sorry to hear of your difficulties. Have you tried powering your device off and on? Have you tried editing the picture from the gallery or photos app itself? Here's a link for the steps. http://vz.to/1i9GLgN

were u supposed to say somethng, i couldnt fnd a reply

everything was fine with the steps you told me to do,

except the last line that says to click ok in upper right hand side,

it wsnt there just a check mark with done next to it and when iclick

done thats whn i get the remark unable to save photo edits. :smileysad:

and yes i did power off and on.

Thank you for taking those steps, JOBOWL. Typically there are different types of contacts like Phone, Gmail, Exchange, My VZW Contacts, SIM. When opening the contact to edit it you should see what type of contact it is. Have you tried changing the picture on different contacts?
