This February, I purchased my Samsung Galaxy S4. I also purchased the screen protectors. But I have a problem. On the bottom of my phone, to the left of the home button, the white paint has chipped off under the screen protector. I do not ever leave my phone in the car where it's hot, my phone is always with me. I also have the hard/soft protector case on my phone. I have never dropped my phone, spilled anything on my phone, got it wet, nor have I ever placed my phone with someone else, or put it anywhere that it could be damaged. So my question is why did the paint chip off, and is there anything Verizon can do to fix this. It may seem like an unimportant issue to some, but it's not to me. When I consider the fact that I spent a whole lot of money with Verizon in February when my husband and I switched carriers. We signed a contract, bought 2 phones, phone protectors, screen protectors, chargers..etc. Is there anything Verizon will do? Or am I just stuck with a damaged phone for 2 years that I have only had for 5 months?
