Jeppack battery charging

I'm with another customer who just got the Jetpack and after reading the "Get Started" booklet, it says to unplug the device once fully charged.  I used to keep my former one plugged into the charger continuously.  Do I really have to unplug it?  Also, I don't see any connection for an exterior antenna (which I also had on my former MiFi).

Battery maintenance for your Jetpack is just like battery maintenance for any other Lithium Ion battery powered device.  Lithium battery best practices should apply in regards to how often the battery should be charged and discharged to promote the best long term use.
