pop up ads

I have a galaxy S4 and I keep getting really bad pop up ads. I have and Verizon has done a hard reset several times we have taken certain apps off and I still get them. Yesterday Verizon told me to run the Verizon support and protection app and no malware or viruses came up...I don't know what to do.

HELP!

Install a ad detector application from the Play Store. Lookout has one. Run it to determine which applications have the ads.

I did that and it didn't detect anyting :smileysad:

Lets stop those annoying ads! It must be an application acting out, so we just have to figure out which one. What phone do you have? Can you please try Safe Mode and test to see if you still get them?
