Why can't I connect to corporate e-mail on my Galaxy S5?

I'm unable to connect to my Corp email account. I have gone through our company helpdesk and input the correct exchange server and all I get is "Authentication Failed". I have previously connected to my corp email on my andrioid Razr and my Nokia 928 Windows phone just fine. Can't seem to do it on the Samsung Galaxy S5. Anyone else having this trouble?

Hello Lybafleish, help is here front and center! Let's try these two steps for both you and Tessa8763. First, remove the memory card if there is one within the device currently and try entering the IT Administrator's information given by the company via the add email. If the memory card is not interfering, the next step is to configure the email client. What year is the Outlook client for both of your employers so that we can review further steps?

Hello Tessa8763, let's get to the bottom of this together! Does your phone allow you to connect to other email service providers for personal email or does it give the same authentication failed error? Can you try to run in safe mode for the setup. Here's steps: http://vz.to/RLkPjp

I am having the same problem as Tessa8763. I easily added my personal Verizon e-mail accounts to my new Galaxy S5 but cannot connect to my company outlook account. I receive "Authentication Failed" although correct info is entered. Safe mode did not help.

Removing memory card did not help. I still get "Authentication failed". Outlook version is 2013.
