Dear Verizon

Dear Verizon I would like to know why you would charge 300 hundred dollars because of a crack i can fix myself. The issue with the phone is not a cracked screen its the battery.It wont charge it wont reboot it will only pulse. Do you know that is a dangerous issue. The phone can very well blow up in my face and somehow you think you shouldn't have to fix the problem.

Verizon does not repair devices. They follow the policies set forth by the manufacturers warranty.

The reason why a cracked screen causes problems... Take it apart and the screen could really break instead of a crack. A cracked screen 99% means it has physical damage, and the warranty is voided. Contact Samsung and get it repaired.

I called Verizon they gave me the run around. They cant do this they cant do that. There is nothing they can do. You're going to tell me Verizon cant replace a phone that is about to go off market because of a cracked screen.

Talk to Samsung it's their warranty, and Verizon is just the middle man. You can try and taking Verizon to court, and Verizon will not bat an eye and win the case. Any carrier would do the exact same thing as it's the manufacturers decision.
