My phone turned off by itself and won't turn back on.

My phone turned off by itself and now it will not turn back on. I have tried both a soft and a hard restart and the only thing I get is the Dual Core Technology logo and it just stays on. I tried to do restart in regular and recovery mode and neither works. Is there a way to restart it without going back to factory settings????

I'm sorry your phone won't turn on jessesealey! I'm sure this is beyond frustrating. Do you know what function was used just before powering off? (text, email, internet, etc.) Has the phone been dropped or wet at all? Even steam/mist? I know a Hard Reset is an inconvenience, so you can try charging for 3-4 hours and try powering back on. If that still doesn't work, a Hard Reset is what will need to be done. http://vz.to/Yg68Th
