My S4 is telling me that the mobile network is not available. I have shut down removed sims replaced sims restarted does not help. Is there an outage in 45410. I can not even get live chat on site. HELP

I am in Munich, Germany and my Galaxy S4 just says it's "searching for service". We set up global services for our phones before we left. What else do I need to do?

Power the phone off/on. Make sure WiFi is disabled. If you want to use data service as well, please go to Apps>Settings>Wireless and Network>More Settings> from the network section select Mobile Network>Network Mode>Global.
