I tried sending pictures from my phone to my online album. I keep getting a message saying that it cannot be found. Yet, I can sign into it. How can I get my pictures to download?
If your phone allows it, you'd probably be better off downloading the photos directly to your computer and bypassing the on-line album. Which phone do you have?
