I'm not receiving text messages to my phone from a SMTP server, but I can receive texts from other phones & Outlook. The server support folks can see the texts leaving the company.
This magically started working again after they updated the current Internet email gateways to the newlyacquired Proofpoint email gateway solution. Thanks for all the suggestions.
maddoxj1,I am sorry you are not receiving your text. What is the SMTP server the text are being sent from? How is the message being addressed that is being sent to you? Thanks for providing a copy of the email maddoxj1! You can log on to vtext.com and change the phone's "address" where emails can be sent.
