Just accepted latest software upgrade to kit-kat and now I can't get my phone to boot up. Just keeps cycling off.
I have the same problem. VZW said it was the phone, got me a "new" one and the same issue. Tried 2 phones, 2 batteries 6 chargers and 2 sim cards. Nothing works. VZW has another new phone on it's way to me today. I think for pretty certain it is the software update and not the hardware.

Happy to say issue fixed with help from online chat support. Unfortunately had to wipe phone but grateful to have functioning again.
