Fix my Galaxy S3 SCH-I535... preferably now please!

Dear Verizon,

you have ruined my phone. Luckily it is only due to shoddy programming and my device is physically just dandy... assuming your shoddy programming doesn't cause it to be physically damaged before you can fix your mistake. Speaking of your mistake, do you happen to have a time line on when you will roll out a fix for my overheating phone that takes twice as long to charge on it's original charger (if I'm lucky)? Is it possible to roll back to 4.3 and if so please attach directions and file download locations.

P.S. The added OS lag is a supper sweet feature too but I'd like it removed from the update as well.

I know its difficult to have a phone that has issues with charging ominipanzer. I'm sorry about the issues you're experiencing. We don't have an ETA for a fix for this issue but if your phone is still under warranty, we can replace it with a certified like new phone of the same model as long as your phone has no damage. Unfortunately, we are unable to push the software back to a previous version. Have you performed a factory reset on your phone since the last update? If no, please back up your data and perform the reset. Keep us posted.
