Since the update the circle widget does not refresh after I have read my text messages. It will keep reappearing in the circles widgets as if it is still new. Can anyone help me with this?
I'm sure this is a lot frustrating for your phone to display you have unread messages volleygirl33! The great news is there is a fix! This did not work. I downloaded Verizon messages 5.0.2. I could not find Verizon Messages 4.2.2
@volleygirl33,Thanks for trying that and keeping us posted! Run the phone in safe mode http://vz.to/1nBbtlO and see if this resolves the issue. It may be a 3rd party app causing the problem.
