bluetooth fix?

S5 Bluetooth is not compatible with Dodge/Chrysler/Mopar Uconnect. I was told at my local corporate store that Samsung was aware of the problem and was working on a fix. I can't tell anything different since the 4.4.2 update a week or so ago. When will this be fixed?

Just a question? On the uconnect can you go into settings and remove the prior device if there was one?

Then click the phone icon and select set up. As a new connection.

Then enter any four numbers to pair and see if it connects.

That may fix your issue. The dealer may be able to assist since they do uconnect updates. Give them a try.

I have the same problem. Also started right after the August 2014 update. I have done a factory reset on the uconnect and repaired the phone/uconnect. I have read this is a problem with the phone not confirming a phone connection to the uconnect as it used to. Latest update to 4.4.4 received Sept 25 did not fix the issue. Phone is now totally worthless for making calls in my car.

Will this get fixed, ever? Or should I just cancel everything?

We don't want you to cancel Bonce77. I know this is frustrating. Does your phone have the latest software? Are you still under warranty?

I have the same exact problem with my uconnect system in my '12 Chrysler T&C. I had NO problems AT ALL connecting and making/receiving calls with my old Motorola RAZR and now my s5 keeps dropping Bluetooth connection when I try to make any outgoing calls. It works ~50% of the time when receiving calls, but It will cut off sound from the car speakers and I'll have to revert to using the handset! Useless! In CA it's against the law to use your handset while driving so this POS phone has become a safety hazard when I'm on the road. I guess the only good thing is that now I don't use my phone at all while driving but it still irritates me knowing I paid so much for this phone and for a vehicle with uconnect and I can't even use it. Pls help! The last update didn't do anything to help! I totally regret upgrading to this phone.
