every time i download the kitkat update for install, it error's out during install... HELP!!!!
Did you download the update over the air? I would recommend trying to download and upgrade your phone using the software Samsung Kies 3. Possibly during the initial download of the update, some data went missing.
Echo5Hotel,I want to make sure you are able to get your phone updated witht he latest software. Were you able to complete the download using Samsung Kies, as Tuna suggested?
