have a gs4 and upgraded to the 25 gb limit. used it for 1 day and ever since have not been able to use it. emailed support and havent heard a thing from them in 2 weeks! anyone else having this problem? is there a solution??? please share!
It's imperative that we work towards a healthy solution for you, bs5283. Let's take a further look into this. How long have you been having the issue? Are the cloud services turned on?
